Thank you for wanting to adopt a puppy from Pleasant Acre Farms. This is our waitlist application. Upon completion of this application, you will be asked to pay a deposit of $300 to secure your spot on our waitlist. The deposit to reserve a waitlist spot is non-refundable and goes toward the balance owed of a future puppy. The remaining balance of the puppy will be paid upon puppy pickup or prior to delivery. Thanks for your interest in our puppies! We typically review applications within 3-4 days of receiving it. Expect to be contacted by Lowell once he has reviewed it. Talk soon!

Pleasant Acre Farms uses a comprehensive prevention worming program that is partnered with a nose to tail health check. Even with this worming program, it’s common for puppies to have a parasitic bloom when puppies have environment changes during their transition to their new home. I understand that this is a common challenge, and I am willing to treat my puppy if a parasitic bloom occurs*

Pleasant Acre Farms offers availability for a beginner potty and crate training for your puppy. Please note if you may be interested in additional training for your puppy.*
This is a beginner course only and establishes the routine for potty and healthy crate usage as well as a few basic commands. The fee for 3 weeks of training is $1200.
