• To apply for a waitlist, fill out the application provided. Lowell will contact you shorty after your completion of the application. 
• To Join the waitlist and secure a spot you must place a non refundable deposit of $300
• Waitlist spots are secured in the order the deposits are received
• When a litter is born, we notify our Waitlist customer and we confirm the  timing is right for a puppy for them.
• Any available spots on the litter list will then be made available to the public at first come basis.
• Puppy selection takes place after the puppies are 6 weeks old and after they have had the Veterinarian Nose to Tail health Check
• Our selection process goes by the order you joined our waitlist.
• First place chooses first and so on.    
• You may visit the puppies prior to their take home day, as long as its after they are 5 weeks old and you have scheduled your visit ahead of time.
• Visits, Pictures, Videos and FaceTime are all available to help you choose your puppy, as well as our own temperament evaluation and history  of the parents.
• Our Instagram and Facebook are another great way to stay up to date on your litter while you are waiting to select your puppy

• Cash upon puppy pickup… Please note their is a 7% tax for puppy pickup but we love when you pick up your puppy
•  Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle and Apple Pay upon puppy pick up
•  Pay via Credit Card through the site prior to puppy pick up or travel.  Please note a 3% credit card fee is applied for final pay transactions through the site
• Final payment is due  prior to any travel of the puppy if you are having your puppy delivered by a professional carrier service.

• All puppies will receive a minimum of 1 Vaccination prior to 8 weeks of age. You will receive records of the vaccination given
• Your puppy will need to continue its vaccination schedule according to your veterinarian’s plan
• we follow a rigorous de worming program and we will include all the paperwork noting this when you receive your puppy 

• Our puppies are given early ENS from day 3 – 16. 
• We continue to work and socialize an acclimate the puppies with noses and early crate awareness.
• We begin eye contact work and “puppy puppy puppy” recall for all puppies.
• At 8 weeks old we offer limited availability spots for a specific crate and potty beginner training class.
• This training and boarding program is a $650 additional cost and can be requested for upon placing a deposit for either a waitlist or puppy selection. 
• The three week program is only available for two puppies of either litter and may not be available at all at times. Lowell will review and confirm with you.
• The $650 must be paid prior to your puppy beginning it 3 week class.
• Your puppy will have a level one training accomplished upon completion
  • Recognize commands “Sit, Lie Down, and Leave It” and a basic schedule established upon completion of the training.
• Training will be focused on acclimating the dog to your setting and addressing any challenges you may face while caring for your new puppy.  
• You will be given the trainers contact information and will be encouraged to communicate weekly to stay up to date on the progress of your puppy.

• Your reservation fee goes toward the final cost of your puppy.
• You may roll your deposit forward to another litter if an emergency or change of plans occurs. 
• We honor a deposit position for up to 6 months or allow you to pass on 2 litters. You will then be moved to the back of the waitlist 

• Our Parents Are Regularly Health Checked by our licensed Veterinarian .
• All of our Moms are Genetically Tested and are proven bloodlines with sound genetic backgrounds
• Please ask us about Each Parent and their Genetic testing or OFA Hip and Knee Certification, as well as their eyes and heart testing
