 We make process of adopting a puppy as smooth as possible. 

 

All terms contained in This purchase agreement and our Health Guarantee shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and all suits arising out of this Agreement shall be brought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Holmes County, Ohio.

 

By checking the box you are stating that you have read the Health Guarantee completely and By placing a deposit with us, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions within the Health Guarantee!

 

You also agree to refrain from breeding your companion and agree to spay or neuter at the appropriate time with a licensed Veterinarian.

 

You agree that, if at any time you are unable to keep or care for your puppy, we have first refusal rights to your puppy. You will be required to return your puppy to us.

 

In extremely rare situations after leaving our care, a puppy may become medically compromised. We cannot guarantee the puppy against illness or opportunistic parasites brought on by the stress of moving, shipping, or motion sickness as a result of being transported from our home to yours.

 

Such stress can ignite illnesses that are dormant such as, but not limited too: Parasites, coccidia (dormant in most live animals), giardia (also dormant in most live animals), ear infection, upper respiratory, and hypoglycemia. These conditions are easily treated and do not warrant a reimbursement.

 

We do not guarantee the puppy to be “worm-free” as deworming is an on-going process that, once the puppy is out of our care, is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
